Jillian Michaels on Women's Health June 2012

Jillian Michaels

Former Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels shows off her envious abs on the June cover of Women’s Health, currently on stands. The 38-year-old trainer announced this month that she is gay and is also a new mom! She adopted a 2-year-old daughter, named Lukensia, from Haiti — and her partner Heidi Rhoades gave birth to a son named Phoenix... and it all happened in the same week!

“Adoption is a calling,” she explained to People. “You just know in the deepest part of your being that you are meant to find this little soul and guide them through life.”

After her big coming out, Jillian Michaels thanked fans via twitter>>

Michaels revealed to Women’s Health which celebrity moms have the hottest bods in Hollywood — and she said new mom Beyonce has the best abs. "I just love that she is sexy and feminine and has curves but is still really fit. To dance the way she does — she's an incredible athlete,” she said.

Madonna’s age-defying body also tops her list. "It's ridiculous how she's kept fit at 53. Obviously, she means business."

Lastly, she offers this tip for fab abs this summer. "You want to eat things that are high in fiber and that keep moving through your body,” she said. “For a lot of people, a ton of dairy can screw up digestion and cause bloating."

Michelle Obama on Parents magazine June 2012

Michelle Obama

America’s First Lady Michelle Obama graced the cover of Parents magazine and spoke about her new book, American Grown, as well as her Let’s Move! initiative to combat childhood obesity.

“Let's Move! is not about government telling people what to do but about providing the info they need in their own lives,” she says in her interview. “There are small and meaningful changes that parents can make in their lives that will make all the difference: drinking more water, incorporating more fruits and vegetables, using MyPlate as a template for figuring out how to structure meals, finding creative ways to get our kids moving, being advocates in schools by paying attention to what's being served and not being afraid to be a voice for the changes we want to see.”

She also spoke about the importance of getting kids involved in sports, including her daughters Sasha and Malia. “I also encourage each girl to try an individual and a team sport,” she said. “We aren't talking about how they look. We are talking about what to do to be a well-rounded person. I encourage my girls to get comfortable being sweaty, being dirty, physically falling down and getting back up and realizing you will be OK.”

Pink June 2012 Cosmopolitan

Pink

Singer Pink looked like one hot mama on the June cover of Cosmopolitan. The edgy singer, who has a daughter that is almost 1 year old named Willow with her husband Carey Hart, confessed that being pregnant was not all it was cracked up to be.

“I thought I’d feel like a goddess. They sell you on that... like you’ll never feel more feminine. Really, I just felt like a mess,” said Pink, who admitted she gained 55 pounds during her pregnancy.

As far as finding time for romantic moments with her husband, she said she has had to get creative. “We’ve never had a problem with affection. But with a baby? It’s kinda gross, but you have to schedule it. [Willow] sleeps in bed with us. We’re just starting to think about putting her somewhere else, at least for a little while. Either that, or we’ll have to resort to getting it on in the laundry room.”

Debra Messing on Ladies' Home Journal June 2012

Debra Messing

Smash star Debra Messing looked gorgeous on the June 2012 cover of Ladies’ Home Journal and she opened up about being a single mom after her divorce from Daniel Zelman.

“I think the institution of marriage is a noble thing. I think the idea of a partner for life is incredibly romantic. But now we're living to 100. A hundred years ago, people were dying at age 37. Til death do us part was a much different deal,” she said, on splitting with her husband after being married for 20 years.

She also confessed that moving her son Roman from L.A. to New York was “completely traumatic.”

“I had to find a school for my second grader. We didn't have a home, we didn't have furniture. It was literally moving here with nothing but faith and hope,” she said.

Messing said that her son is now fitting well in his new surroundings.

“It's exciting watching him navigate New York City. Every month I see him growing stronger and more confident and brave,” she said.

Brooke Burke-Charvet

Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Burke-Charvet turned 40 last year, but looks a full decade younger! The mom of four shared her anti-aging secrets and even shared that she has considered having her breast implants re-done.

“I have,” says Brooke, who was married to famed Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher. “When you've breastfed four children, things kind of change. So that's probably the most likely thing on the radar. I went through a phase where I wanted to have smaller breasts. Sometimes it's easier in dresses and gowns.”

She also says she does little things along the way to help her keep her youthful look. “I've done little bits of Botox for a long time. If I wasn't on TV, I probably wouldn't. Fillers at a minimal level are OK, but it scares me because I don't want to have that bloated look. In our industry, people do too much too soon or just too much. There's nothing worse than that frozen 'I'm 40 but I want to look 25' look.”
